FORM: 08/07/2026 Browse number:

On July 2, 2026, local time, the CRRC 2025 Mexico Sustainability Report (the “Report”) was officially released in Mexico City. It is CRRC’s first country-specific sustainability report for Mexico, systematically presenting the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and achievements in supporting local development.

Under the theme “Across Mountains and Seas, One Track. Mexico and China, One Journey”, the Report was published in Chinese, English, and Spanish. It aligns with the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, the Mexico Sustainable Taxonomy, Mexico’s Sustainability Information Standards, and the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

The Report identifies 22 material topics and addresses stakeholder concerns across areas including ESG governance, green operations, employee development, community inclusion, industrial collaboration, and responsible governance. Through transparent disclosure of its localized practices, CRRC demonstrates its commitment to supporting urban development in Mexico through green rail transit and creating shared economic, social, and environmental value.

Looking ahead, CRRC will continue to uphold its mission of “Connecting the World, Benefiting Humanity”,  supporting Mexico’s urban development through green rail transit, promoting industrial collaboration through localized practices, and strengthening mutual trust and shared benefits through responsible governance. CRRC will work with stakeholders across Mexico to advance economic, social, and environmental value and continue advancing sustainable development cooperation between China and Mexico.
